With Martin, the beauty lies in the simplicity of design and quality of sound. The D-18E with LR Baggs Anthem system is a prime example of this formula, pairing the warmth of Mahogany and the punch of Sitka Spruce with a patented scalloped bracing system in order to create the revered Martin tone. Finished with vintage detailing like classic 18-style appointments, the D-18E is an old soul in a modern body.
Martin's Take:
The D-18 Dreadnought features a sleek, modern High Performance Neck for enhanced playability. The D-18 adds a Sitka spruce top to the genuine mahogany back and sides. Perfect for the intermediate and advanced player.
